3:30pm - Sauna + Cold Plunge Experience - 3/21/26

Sessions are 75 minutes and there can be up to 9 individuals per session (you can rent out an entire time session for your group, or come meet some new friends!). 

What’s included: 

·      75 minutes of wood fire sauna and cold plunging, as many rounds as you want throughout

·      A free drink ticket for one drink, redeemable the day of the event. Our options include beer, NA beer, cocktails, mocktails, iced tea, and soda!

·      A host who will greet you, answer any questions, and be monitoring the temperature of the sauna throughout your session

·      A solo stove and heaters to relax outside, and a dedicated space inside next to the fireplace

·      Water stations

What to bring: 

• Your favorite swim suit, athletic wear, muumuu – anything that keeps you comfy while you sweat! 
• Pro tip: wear your sauna gear under your clothes so you can just hop in the sauna when you arrive!
• A water bottle! We will have water coolers provided for you to use
• Two towels: one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry off with at the end of the session
• Optional but encouraged: A robe and sandals for booping around between sauna  and cold plunge sessions, electrolytes

Ticketing policy: 

·      You will receive a confirmation email when you purchase your ticket(s). Please provide an electronic or physical copy of this email when you arrive

·      Tickets are transferrable to another person, but are nonrefundable
