MENU: Chef Justin will be curating a menu inspired heavily by Korean flavors with touches of Japanese influence, drawing from his travels through Asia to create a truly delicious and memorable dining experience.
WELCOME BEER: Choice of any regular TG tap (12-16 oz.) Excludes specialty stouts.
COURSE 1: Romaine hearts, avocado, and citrus salad topped with sugar snap peas and almond slices. Finished with a doenjang (Korean soybean paste) vinaigrette.
COURSE 2: Korean fried chicken wings with Yangyum sauce and pickled Korean radish garnished with green onion
COURSE 3: Bibimbap bowl with bulgogi beef, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, zucchini, and nori strips topped with a fried egg and bibimpap sauce. Served with a side of kimchi, bean sprouts, and cucumber salad.
COURSE 4: Green tea gelato with a chocolate drizzle, sweet red beans, Injeolmi (Korean rice cake), strawberries, and hazelnut pieces, garnished with fresh mint.
DESSERT BEER: 2025 Assassin 4 oz. pour. Limit of one pour per person.

Gratuity is not included in the ticket price. A minimum of 20% gratuity on the dinner is recommended and payable the night of the event, directly with your server.

Reservations will be made for your table once the purchase is complete. Tickets are not reserved when added to the shopping cart, and the table is not guaranteed until the transaction is processed and finalized.

This event will be held in Toppling Goliath’s upper-level mezzanine. Please let us know in advance of the event if you have limited mobility, we will be happy to seat you at the lower level. Seating begins at 6 p.m. The taproom closes at 9 p.m.
